Trump is impeaching himself

From the article: "While the notion of self-impeachment is silly, it is true that Trump's own egregious actions forced Democrats to continue thinking about the kinds of dramatic steps that might be necessary to contain this runaway presidency." (bold, underline, and italicize added by me for effect to draw attention to the fact of what this all about: "The Resistance.") To this I say, while the notion of article is silly, CNN never the less posted it on the internet.
